Beaumontia grandiflora Wall. Tent. Fl. Nep. 15. t. 7. (1824).

Beautmonia: Named for Lady Diana Beaumont, 19th century British
royalty of Bretton Hall, Yorkshire
grandiflora: large flowered.

B. grandiflora is native to Nepal and is cultivated in gardens. The
one seen at Amboli in western ghats is B. jerdoniana. Regards,
