An earlier plant posted from the same area was identified as above.
That's the reason I thought this was same.

The plant was at  distance on the mountain slope.
I couldn't get closer.

I agree with Paradesi ji.
But think it is more closer to Euphorbia neriifolia as per keys, images and details herein.
Other posts by Aarti ji, may also be of this species.

This appears to be a mature plant of E. neriifolia L., commonly found in Western and Central India. Compare the characters with the description and illustrations given in the revision of the genus in India.

Another similar one seen in the same area was confirmed as Euphorbia caducifolia.
That got me confused.
