Near the Gorumara watch tower.
The tree had same palmately compound leaves like Sterculia foetida.
But they were  shaped differently.
The locals said as we were admiring them that these seeds cause itching!

Yes somewhat similar to S.foetida but definitely there is some difference as you have pointed.
