Looks closure to Bidens species : B.ferulifolia.  But  your plant  is not cultivated.   Furthermore,  there is no clear picture of the leaves posted by you to confirm.

Bidens triplinervia Kunth ??  Bidens ferulifolia do not have distribution in India !

O.k.  But foliage is necessary for ID.  Post the picture of the leaves showing their shape and arrangement.
