This plant was posted at FB Group Plant Wealth of India for Identification by Binay Das, clicked in Nagaland. 
I think, this is  Paulownia fortunei
 (Dragon tree). However, close observations are required for confirmation. I can ask him to send these photographs to efloraofindia.

Currently to me appears to be Paulownia tomentosa only as per images and details herein.
However, fruit may finally decide as per keys in Flora of China
