Can someone help with this flower ID? Creeper with small yellow flowers. 
Date: 26 July 2015.
Location: Chiyana Khud, Tehri Garhwal, Uttarakhand
Altitude: 1,500 m

Kanjilal lists this from Mothronwala, which is in the Doon Valley. I found this higher up at 1500 m near Devalsari.
