This is either B. angulosa or B. concinna difficult to say without looking at a whole plant.

Berberis angulosa : Flowers solitary. Pedicels pendulous, 3-5 mm, pubescent; bracteoles ovate, ca. 3.5 × 2 mm, apex acuminate. Sepals in 2 whorls;
Berberis concinna : Flowers solitary. Pedicels 1.5-2 cm; bractlets red, oblong-triangular, 2-2.5 × 1.5-2 mm. Sepals in 3 whorls;
According to efloranepal keys I guess it is close to Berberis angulosa.

Thank you.

Thanks, Saroj ji, for using the keys.
But any can not see any of the features mentioned in the keys except for the solitary flower.

Actually image quality is not good. However, I feel pedicel  is as long as B. concinna.
But I may be wrong as it is not visible.
Thank you.
