Agree with Dr.Vijayasankar & Dinesh. This is Haplophragma adenophyllum. Sending my photographs of [possibly] the same tree taken at the Mahim Nature Park.
Have Dolichandrone falcata [Bersing / Medssinghi] on my farm. Will send photographs of the pods for comparison in a separate mail.
