Dear friends,
Could this be Diospyros nigrescens ?
ID please

Location Place : near Lion's Point, Lonavala
Altitude : about 752 m (above mean sea level)
GPS : around 18°41'34.38"N, 73°23'16.58"E

Habitat : semi-evergreen forest, along road

Plant
Habit
: small tree, monoecious
Height : about 3 - 4 m


Leaves
Type
: simple, alternate
Shape : narrow elliptic / lanceolate
Size : about 6 - 10 in x 3 - 4 in


Flowers
Size
: about 2 cm long x 1 cm across
Colour : off-white

Dear Dinesh,
This could be Dimorphocalyx lawianus (I.e. Jod pakli).
