Dear all,
The herb is shot in Mudumalai Tiger Reserve at an altitude of 600 msl closer to river on 02 May 2010.

Mecardonia procumbens (Mill.) Small of Scrophulariaceae; a naturalized weed of Tropical America

... a native of tropical Americas, naturalized in India, Mecardonia procumbens is commonly known as baby jump-up, bacopa, mecardonia.
मकरदाना makardana in Marathi, coined from name of the genus.
