Sir,

Found a herbarium of Amaranthus polygonoides L. at http://w3.biosci.utexas.edu/prc/specimens/img/079AmaraPoltxxx00280294.JPG (source : http://w3.biosci.utexas.edu/prc/specimens/Amaranthaceae.html).

Searched FoP, FoNA & FoC, found two species may be similar to this - Amaranthus dubius Mart. ex Thell. & Amaranthus viridis L.; would go for the second one, for its lamina, resembles the illustration at FoP. But, pictures found in the group posts do not match.
