I took the attached picture near Munnar Western Ghats grassland. Small ground plant about 1 cm in width. Would be most obliged for id.Thanks.

Dear Anantarayan ji,
 
Check for  Calceolaria tripartita  (Scrophulariaceae  family).
Limit your pic size to 150KB or less.

"From the available pictures on the net, it seems like what Prashant has said. Curious how it got into grasslands at Munnar - this was on the way to Rajamalai tahr sanctuary which is not very far from the town. There are very many gardens in Munnar.  maybe someone introduced it.
