Kindly help in identification of this plant which has been observed by Mr.Chandralal Gautam at the elevation 670m  and  subtropical biome and  its medium tree.

Some earlier relevant feedback:

Looks like Rubiaceae – genus Tamilnadia, Xeromphis, Randia, etc. but it is not a plant I have come across before.
