Found in Vandalur forest.Chennai.
There are no leaves found.
Only stem used for getting photosynthesis.
I have seen something like this in some gardens ,nursery.
Sarcostemma sp.... only a guess

Most probably Cynanchum viminale after comparing with eFI site.
