 Net images showing only one dent in petal but in this case petals 
are almost frilled with multiple dent and also stem is hexangular 
and pure white.

Can you give description from Flora of Nepal or some other book as I am not getting anything on this species from net ?

I could only find one specimen of Rubus hoffmeisterianus in GBIF, which looks slightly different.
I agree with you for Rubus macilentus Jacquem. ex Cambess. as per GBIF- Specimen (from Nepal).
