May be as per GBIF  Specimen  Biodiversity of Bhutan  Plant illustrations  Flora of China

Thank you Sir, for that good information and resources. It isn’t easy to figure some of the plants here in Nepal. I use an old book by Polunin and Stainton, but it is not that helpful. 

There was an interesting blog from Manipur called panglobalplants.com. The Delphinium altissimum was featured there. If you want to use the photos on efloraofinida please put them up.

looked for the ID in books and Net and decided the ID accordingly.
