This appears to be an Ehretia sp. [Boraginaceae].

Flora of Pakistan gives, Ehretia laevis var. aspera C. B. Clarke as a syn. of Ehretia obtusifolia 

Bur following Catalogue of Life, it gives it a syn. of Ehretia aspera Willd.

There is lot of confusion about taxonomy of Ehretia in different sources.

I feel it may be Ehretia aspera Willd. as per images and details herein.
