Dinesh ji, 
 To me it looks another species of Salvia. Malvaviscus won't have opposite leaves leaves, and stipules are always present, plus flowers are different.

Not S. moorcroftiana which has ovate-oblong irregularly lobed  leaves and grows usually above 5000 ft in Himalayas.
