I am a bit uncertain about this.

Why is this not Malaxis cylindrostaycha? Need to see some fresh flowers.

Only Malaxis monophyllos var. obtusa Tsukaya & H.Okada is reported in Nepal as per POWO.

I know this checklist because I reviewed this paper for Nordic Journal of Botany.

It is possible that this is Malaxis monophyllos var. monophyllos. The one on the right hand side with long tip on labellum.
