Cereus pterogonous, a Tropical American plant called Columnar Cactus. Sometimes colonise as weed.

Only the following species of Cereus are listed in India Flora Online (Cereus hexagonusCereus peruvianusCereus pterogonus) as per details herein. 
Only 
Cereus hexagonus have distribution in the nearby area.
So I take it as Cereus hexagonus
