The Plant List Ver. 1.1 gives Fuchsia × hybrida Voss as unresolved. It does not appear in Catalogue of Life on search although on net it appears close as per Uses for Fuchsia Hybrida  Fuchsia Plant Care  Florensis  Wikimedia CommonsI find it also close to images of Fuchsia 'Rose of Castile' at
