It is Cycas sps. may be circinalis- a gymnosperm .

Dear Prashant Ji,
 
Could you please check the trunk of this plant? Is it having a swollen base? If so it will be Cycas circinalis. There is another species C. rumphii, which is also similar to C.circinalis but the trunk is gradullay swollen from base to top.
