I think it should be Solena heterophylla Lour. subsp. heterophylla as per DeWilde_Solena_Blumea2004 (1).pdf

Without any fruit to see in this observation, the plant, I think, has more chance to be Solanum amplexicaulis.
Maybe I am mistaking some other characteristic that points to S. umbellata.

Only one observation so far in efi as per 
https://efloraofindia.com/2016/02/17/solena-amplexicaulis/ (Also it is found only in Tamil Nadu, Karnataka, Kerala as per https://phytokeys.pensoft.net/article/1454/)
