In my earlier mail I forgot to attach flowers of the tree in my ist photo, which I am attaching now.
Location- Eaglenest wls. date 19 the May 09.

1.flowers on a small tree on the way to Tawang in Arunachal Pradesh at the height of 5000 feet.
2.flowers ona midium tree, other details same as above.
3.Asmall herb,4 to 6 inch high by the road side near the river in Diran village, Arunachal pradesh.
Period 21st may 09.

I guess Aralia cachemirica Decne. as only sp. found in Arunachal according to IFO

By IFO, I think you mean only India Flora Online.
On searching it on Aralia, I found only 4 species, but reported species are much more as per 
https://efloraofindia.com/efi/aralia/

Yes, seem to match as per flowering images at SK 3103 03 November 2021
