Leaves look more closer to images at Clematis barbellata var. obtusa Kitamura & Tamura

I guess it is not matching to Clematis barbellata var. obtusa Kitam. & Tamura.

Enclosing images from Flora of Nepal of  C. montana for cross reference.

Links not opening.
You may be right, but it has many accepted varieties as per Flora of China, but none shown by Flora of Pakistan  & Annotated checklist of Flowering plants of Nepal
