The current name should be S. colais (Buch.-Ham. ex Dillwyn) Mabb.
var. colais. Regards, Shrikant

Hi,
Agree with Mr.Ingalhalikar. This is Stereospermum personatum [syn.S.colias] locally called Padree with a yellow corolla tinged with reddish-purple. In S.chelenoides [syn.S.suaveolens] locally called Padal the flowers are dull purple.
                   With regards,
                     Neil Soares.

I think its difficult to differentiate two species with these photos, because the corolla from outside is purple, it will be great if pod photo is available, i think that would help in proper identification, but still i guess S. chenoloides (its very common in Alibaug)

Even though these two species are distinct, the nomenclature of the group is very confusing.
The posted plant, however, is S. colais, as suggested by Shrikant ji and Neil ji.
The current name (!?) is S. tetragonum as per TPL http://www.theplantlist.org/tpl/record/kew-318150
