To me it appears like Ceiba speciosa (syn. Chorisia speciosa)

Ceiba ventricosa (syn: Chorisia ventricosa) seems to be different.

I agree with Dr Garg. I had found several trees of Ceiba speciosa flowering in Delhi last November. I collected a flower in Noida (see picture) too for a proper ID and had to photograph it in the fading light before it withered. Please see Trees of Delhi by Pradip Krishen, p. 210.
