Sorry, I don't know the species from this region very well. I would have a look at the very variable Strobilanthes lupulina or one of its relatives as  a starter. On a positive note there are not many Strobilanthres recorded from Odisha so there are not too many possibilities to review

I think this appears to be Strobilanthes jeyporensis as per GBIF specimens (one, two) and as per attachments.

there is record of Strobilanthes jeyporensis from Sapparala of Vishakhapatnam dist, and North coastal distadjacent to Odissa state, , hence it may be S.jeyporensis
