A species of Glycosmis, perhaps one of many many varieties/subspecies of G. pentaphylla Navendu |
Yes, it's Glycosmis sp.- from Paradesi ji |
Great Navendu ji, thank you very much for the Genus ID. It's aromatic smell and taste of leaves, fruits and young shoot are something close to Glycosmis pentaphylla (my ID request #35). With kind regards, Sam. |
The fruits look different from G.pentaphylla. Check https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Glycosmis_pentaphylla - from Mahadeswara ji |
To me also fruits look different- from me |
yes, it is Elaeagnus sps; reasons: Flowers bisexual, 4-merous, clustered on short axillary shoots; young shoots with rust-colored scales; oblong juicy fruit.

since the leaves are compound it is not Elaegnaceae; may be rutaceae or Sapindaxwaw

This appears to be Glycosmis albicarpa, a new species reported from Kanyakumari WLS by BSI team.Regards
