... could be species of Taraxacum.

Dear all,

Only Launaea listed for Nepal matching to the elevation is
Launaea secunda (C. B. Clarke) Hook. f which does not look like 
matching.

As there are single heads, it appears to be some‎ Taraxacum species.

 Only one sp. Taraxacum eriopodum DC. is mentioned in the book Flora of Mustang.
