Sorry, respected authorities,
It's not  Fabaceae member,
Polaygalaceae only resembles P. arvensis but not sure for sp.
With kind regards.

Thank you Paradesi ji pointing out towards the ID
but P. arvensis is not listed in Nepal . Also net images
do not tally completely. Leaves are very slender and hairy
compared to the net images.

Thank you.

Paradesi Ji and Saroj Ji, please rule out Polygala, this is a legume only and most probably a Crotalaria sp. as initially submitted by Saroj Ji...

Forwarding again for Id assistance please.

Appears to be Crotalaria only, but could not find a match as per comparative images herein.

Thanks, Saroj ji, for the id.
There seems to be some confusion w.r.t. its taxonomy.
There are two similar species reported from India.
One is Eriosema chinense Vogel as per Flora of China (Eriosema chinense Vogel syn: Eriosema himalaicum H. Ohashi) & FoC Illustration with distribution given in India also. On further checking ILDIS gives its distribution only in Bihar.

Catalogue of Life reports two species as
Eriosema himalaicum H.Ohashi syn: Eriosema chinense auct. non Vogel; Eriosema tuberosum (D.Don)Wang & T.Tang with distribution as Bhutan; China; India; Nepal and
Eriosema chinense Vogel (syn: Dolichos biflorus sensu Lour., non L. (misapplied name)) with distribution as Australia; Cambodia; China; Hainan; India; Indonesia; Irian Jaya; Jawa; Laos; Malaysia; Myanmar; Papua New Guinea; Peninsular Malaysia; Philippines; Sri Lanka; Thailand; Vietnam.

Your images matches with Eriosema himalaicum H.Ohashi as per details at
High resolution specimen  GBIF  ILDIS (Eriosema himalaicum H.Ohashi syn: Eriosema chinense auct. non Vogel; Eriosema tuberosum (D.Don)Wang & T.Tang)

Yes it looks somehow similar to Crotalaria sp....so creates confusion.
Some smaller plant specimens need verification in KATH too.
