I doubt about the species, but it is some Thunbergia.

In T. alata the petiole is winged and the flowers usually yellow with purple throat. This one should be T. laurifolia.

This is Thunbergia laurifolia or the blue trumpet vine is a popular ornamental plant in tropical gardens.
