Dear friends,

This plant is distributed in Karnataka, however could not gather any name in Kannada ... help required from Kannada-knowing friends.
Else tempted to put a generic name ಕಾಡು ಶುಂಟಿ kaadu shunti (literal meaning: wild ginger).

Regards.
