Prashant ji, thanks for posting a rich haul of  varied plants from diiferent regions.  Could this tree be a Grewia sp.? or maybe Sapium sp., only a guess !.

Great to observe something different.
After checking the family....Urticaceae. Could associate with other known Urticaceae members. Thanks for sharing.

Not Debregeasia longifolia which has oblong to lanceolate leaves and
dichotomously branched inflorescence.

Pl follow this link: http://www.efloras.org/object_page.aspx?object_id=50542&flora_id=2

To me this also looks like Boehmeria glomerulifera (B. malabarica).

Regards,
Ritesh.

Dear Smita ji, Ritesh ji,
Thanks for your response. During the same trek i had seen one more tree which had leaves different than what i had posted here. I was thinking that one to be Debregeasia longifolia. I am posting those photographs in a seperate mail to avoid mix up. Kindly check my next email with subject line Debregeasia longifolia-260111PKA.

Thanks
regards
Prashant
