I see it being close to images and details at

It appears to be the same species as at the following:
MS Dec.,2017/06 Shrub for ID
MS Feb.,2016/04 Shrub for ID 
Requesting for ID of this plant 

All these observations may be of the same species i.e. Synotis lushaensis.
