Is this Umbellifer a wild carrot?

Dear Members,

Am posting photos of an Umbellifer for ID.

Habitat: Edge of a lawn in Rawathpora Srinagar (J & K)

Habit: Herb. 50 cm high. Leaves are highly dissected. Thick fleshy tapering tap root about 8cm long and 25cm  dia in  the middle. It smells just like a carrot but is white in color. Is it a wild carrot?

A correction;

It should be 2.5cm dia and not 25 cm dia
