Rubus identification

Respected Botanists, Kindly assist in the identification of a Rubus speies with a unique leaf morphology. Growing along with Rubus ellipticus.

Spotted at West Sikkim, India at an elevation of 1370 m.

Kindly check the attached photograph.

To me also appears close to images at Rubus ellipticus, as identified by Shakir ji.
