These pictures I took near Nagzira National Park on 28th Dec., 2009.
My observation is that, the trunk of this small plant at the ground
level is bigger in diameter.
For me it is unusual. I saw five plants, all are same.

Jatropha podagrica {EUPHORBIACEAE].
I imagine if this is a wild plant. Very common in gardens though.

It is introduced (exotic) garden plant only, not a wild. No chance for imagination Dr. sahib.
