Dear All

Please guide me tot the identity of this tree

Habit: Tree
Location: Kandaghat, on the way to chail, Himachal Pradesh
Large reddish stipules and compound leaves. 
Probably from Leguminosae family.

Albizia chinensis
It is considered as a good fodder tree in H.P. and known as ओई or च्यूली. Timber is also used but not of good quality.
