Securinega leucopyrus (Willd.) Müll. Arg.[ Synonym:Flueggea leucopyrus Willd.]

This could be Securinega virosa (Flueggia v.) if the branchlets are not spine-tipped.

Securinega leucopyros is flowering in Pune too.
The interesting fact is, though there are a number of plants in any area the flowering ones are only a fraction of them. Any reason?
