This member of Lamiaceae was cultivated in pots, displayed annual flower show of Delhi University in February 2009.

Can this be Lavandula? Lavandula angustifolia very common in flower shows !!

The leaves here are much broader and thinner. I thought of of L. latifolia, but even that has much thicker leaves.
