Dear All,

please give some clue to trace the identity of this plant.
 
Locality: On way to Thoseghar, after Sajjangad diversion, Satara, Maharashtra
Habit: Herbs, up to 2 feet high
Stem: Quandrangular, hairy, green
Leaves: Pinnatisect, hairy appressed.
Flowers: Bright Yellow coloured, 2 cm across

Seems to be Bidens biternata (Lour.) Merr. & Sheriff.
