These are dehisced capsules of Zingiber sp. either cernuum or
nimmonii. Regards

dear Sinha Ji
These plants were seen on the sandy bank of a water stream near shimla
and also in solan and Morni hills Haryana. as i remember this is a
photo of complete plant and these white things may be seeds
