The purpose of this group is to support teachers to share their ideas, experiences and learnings with one another, and to also seek help from others. Members can also use the forum to discuss important and useful ideas and issues.

Since the group is created for our professional development as teachers, we should limit our posts to education related issues. Education here is broadly interpreted to include important social issues also.

Irrelevant messages should be avoided. Before forwarding a message from another group, please check if the message is relevant to the group, and also if it is true/authentic information.Avoid blindly forwarding messages, without verifying its correctness or authenticity.
- Avoid good morning/good night greetings. You can send these greetings to specific individuals if you want to, but avoid sending to the group.Avoid forwarding messages assuring freebies like free talk time etc. These are mostly likely to be fake.
- Avoid sharing sensational issues/items in this group. Use sober and constructive language in your posts, avoid inflammatory language. Always avoid angry responses (wait for your anger to subside before responding).
