VAT (Delhi) on sale of business vehicle

I have used my car for 5 years in business expense (and claimed depreciation).
Now I wish to sell this car
I am registered dealer under Delhi VAT for my business (not dealing in cars)
Do I need to charge and deposit VAT on sale of this car (VAT was not  claimed as input tax at the time of purchase of car).
If VAT is to be charged, what rate will it be for DVAT
