FW: Query on service tax

Dear,

Can I get information on the following query:

A company is getting excise duty exemption on tarfelting. My query is whether Service Tax involved against the commission
on Tarfelt will get credit of the same in excise duty or not.
 
Can the commission given on Tarfelt's Service Tax be adjusted against the other service tax relating to mining services of the same company.
