The Grand Community Reception will be held in the evening of March 30, 2016 (1800 hrs (To Be Confirmed) at Hall No. 12, (Palais 12) Brussels Expo (near Atomium, Brussels).
1. Every person MUST register via the website www.modiinbrussels.org
2. Please Note that Registration will open at noon (1200 hrs, Belgium time) Wednesday, 16 March, 2016.
3. Family can register together on a single form.
4. Invitations based on Registration will follow after verification.
5. Invitations will be sent to your e-mail directly, which will need to be printed out.
6. Registration will close at midnight this Sunday 20 March, 2016 – this is a strict deadline.
7. There is no other way to secure an invitation than through registration via the website.
8. Demand is very very high, and seats are limited.
9. Invitations will be issued on a strictly first come first basis – and so early registration means more chance of obtaining an invite
10. Meanwhile, you are requested to spread this message amongst all interested friends / colleagues / relatives that the event will be open to all.
