City Antwerp will organise again a cultural event in honour of Ganesh.

Friday September 12: from 7 pm onwards: official opening with arti, free snacks & drinks, some info, Hindu Mela, lectures & music (till 9.30pm)

 

Saturday September 13: from 2 pm - 9 pm -> Hindu Mela, animation, music, workshops, dance performances,... you can visit the Swami Narayan mandir, the Vedic cultural centre Govinda,...

at 8.30pm: open air screening of a Bollywoodmovie

 

Sunday September 14: from 4 pm: emersion of the statue of Ganesh, procession/parade from the city park (corner Rubenslei & Van Eycklei) to Ponton Steenplein, from 5 pm arrival at Ponton Steenplein & emersion of the statue into the water
