Dear Members,
As all of you might be aware, ISAL is organising a trip to Keukenhoff on 18th of April 2009.
Surprisingly, the response to the trip's call-for-registration was more than anticipated and hence the bus got full in little under a week. Due to this reason there are still some people who haven't been allocated a place yet. However in order to allow these people to enjoy the trip with us, we have decided to hire another bus. But, in order to hire a second bus we need at least a minimum of 40 people to come onboard. Currently there are about 20 odd people still awaiting a seat-allocation.
Thus, ISAL would like to request everbody who is still interested in the trip to sign-up before 14th of April 2009 to enable us to hire another bus for Keukenhoff.
Bank transfer should be made to the ISAL account (736-0010854-54). Please confirm you transfer and participation via email to in...@isal.be or to 0488586252.
Kindly be informed that in case of insufficient strength, we wouldn't be able to hire a second bus. If such a situation arises then ISAL would like to apologise to the people waiting for a place and hope that they will join us in our next trip (which is not far away!)
