Dear Mr. Kishore Lingam,
As I already mentioned when we met in January, the Indian students
that will come to Leuven in the framework of Erasmus Mundus External
Cooperation Window 15 will arrive soon. We expect 31 students and
academic staff members in total, some will arrive still this academic
year, some will arrive in August for the start of the academic year
2009-2010.
The first students and staff are expected the 31th of March. To
welcome them, we would like to organize a short reception and welcome
here in the International Office on Thursday 2 april 2009.
Vicerector Buekers will shortly introduce K.U.Leuven and this will be
following by a reception. could you please inform the Indian students
(all are welcome) and let me know approximately how many are
interested in joining? It will be a good opportunity to get to know
the new students.
We will start at 5pm on thursday 2 april 2009 (I think untill 7pm).
